When the ADSLA goes to the movies, we do it in style! Join us for the latest entry in our periodic gatherings: The Art Deco Movie Meet-Up! Come enjoy classic films in a classic movie house—if you’ve never been to the Old Town Music Hall in El Segundo, you’re in for a treat; if you have had the chance to see movies on the Big Screen, accompanied by the Mighty Wurlitzer organ, you know you’re in for a wonderful cinematic experience. This casual unhosted evening is your chance to view one of the best of the Astaire-Rogers oeuvre with like-minded people in a convivial atmosphere. The price is perfect for these trying times—just $8 admission! (Cash only, please. Pay at the box office). As with our celebrated Cocktails in Historic Places™, come straight from work, or slip into something more deco. Either way, everyone is welcome! Bring your friends!
 
The Art Deco Movie Meet-up is a new event that the ADSLA is producing quarterly to provide an opportunity for those interested to come out and enjoy period entertainment in a theatre setting with like-minded people. There are no reservations required and a no formal hosting format. Like our popular Cocktails at Historic Places™, you just need to show up ready to enjoy movies from the Golden Age of Hollywood with others who appreciate films from the period.
